Your company car's tyres can be changed at Euromaster and Vianor tyre centres. When making an appointment, make sure you book an appointment at the right location, especially if your tyres are stored in a tyre shop. Take any tyre locking bolts and the necessary wrench (usually found in the boot of the car) with you when you go to get your tyres changed.

If your company has a tyre storage facility and you cannot remember where your tyres are stored, follow the instructions on the Vianor or Euromaster booking link. This will tell you where the tyres are stored and direct you to the right place. Please note that tyre storage is not automatically included in the leasing contract. You can check your company's car policy for instructions on tyre storage.

In addition to your car, you need to bring the lock bolt keys. This only applies if you received it upon delivery of your car. There are a maximum of two. Note: not every car has this, so don't worry if it doesn't sound familiar.
