Useful forms for your LeasePlan fleet 

As a fleet manager, you can use our online forms to conveniently reserve rental cars for long-term rental, report vehicles for return at the end of the contract or request a purchase price for individual vehicles.

Book long-term rental

Please note that reservations for long-term car rentals will not be available until April 11.

Return your vehicles

Please note that vehicle returns cannot be scheduled until April 8.

Buy your vehicles

Please note that inquiries regarding purchase prices cannot be submitted until April 8.
